I think it’s worth expanding the scope of Musical Science Muesday. After all, where would science be without mathematics? Sitting alone at home while all the cool majors were having a blast at the liberal arts kegger down the street, of course. Which would suck! But thanks to math, we have company down in our mother’s basement! Did you bring your fractal d20 with you? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU LOST IT IN THE COMPLEX PLANE!? Oh well, at least you have the Cheetos, right? NO!? Dammit math! I need a concrete representation, I can’t eat abstraction! I don’t know why I hang out with you anymore… [Mandlebrot Set by the artist (not) formerly known as JoCo Ameretto Lime]

About

Rob is currently a graduate student in Physics studying at The George Washington University. He enjoys precisely long walks on the beach at indeterminable velocities and thinks that talking in third person is the coolest thing since the big bang. A purveyor of fine entertainment, he is not only a physicist, but also a guitarist, a photographer, a self-proclaimed Apple fanboy and a geek, quite often at the same time.

And this is his little corner of the internet.
